Rish is driven by a fundamental passion for people. He grew up in Connecticut but was able to spend his late 20s in his birthplace of Barbados. The time spent abroad instilled within him a deep sense of humility and gratitude, that he tries to carry with him in all of his interactions.
Studying Philosophy at Trinity College helped him develop a critical approach for dealing with some of the heavier questions of life, an important skill when assisting clients with navigating financial decisions.
When he's away from work, Rish is an avid fitness enthusiast, dog owner and guitarist.
